1. Acceptance of terms

By signing up for, accessing or using Assi (HeyAssi, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Assi is an AI-powered personal assistant for tasks, reminders, lists and calendar events. It is accessible through the web app at app.heyassi.ai and through the WhatsApp and Telegram messaging channels. At your request it can connect to Google Calendar, Google Tasks and Microsoft Outlook calendars. Assi is an AI, not a person, and it can make mistakes.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure, including the Google account and the phone number you sign in and connect with. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to our systems.
• Send spam, malware, or abusive content through the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service.
• Use the Service to violate the rights of others.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create through the Service (lists, reminders, tasks, events, messages and files). You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Meta (WhatsApp), Telegram, Google, Microsoft, and our cloud and AI infrastructure. Their respective terms apply to their portions of the experience. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered with perfect timing or that the Service will be free from errors or interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account as described on the data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision, and we record which revision you accepted. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
